Cancellation/Alteration Policy

All alterations or cancellations to your registration must be received in writing.

A refund of registration fees, less an administration fee of $100.00, will be made to any participant cancelling prior to 2 October 2008. There will be no refunds given after this date.



1 Full registration includes all morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas, satchel, conference program, welcoming function and conference dinner.


2 Day registration includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, satchel and conference program.


3 Delegates may elect to bring their guests to attend either the welcoming function, conference dinner or both. Attendees may be members and/or non-members.


4 Up to 3 delegates from the organisation may attend and receive all benefits of individual registration. Please provide a list of attendees.


5 A current and valid pensioner card or student card must be presented.


6 Early registrations will be accepted until 5.00pm 19th September 2008.


7 Registrations received after 5.00pm 19th September 2008 will be considered a late registration.


8 All individual non-members registering for the conference will receive a free 12 month ALA individual membership.


9 All organisational non-members registering for the conference will receive a free 12 month ALA organisational membership.
